AxxessConnect (AXCI), was formed in June 2002, to respond to the government’s contractual requirements in Federal, State, and Local government to supply the government with goods and services, on time, within cost, and within schedule in the following business areas as an integrator of end-to-end solutions provider for the Federal Government:

AXCI International
AXCI International was formed to specifically respond to the growing global needs in telecommunications. Seeing that the international marketplace was being underserved, AXCI International’s focus is to bring end-to-end solutions of high-speed data connectivity to those entities that wanted a one point of contact.

AXCI Data Solutions
AXCI Data Solutions was formed to be an integrator of Information Technology and Professional Services solutions. Using vast recourses, AXCI Data Solutions is able to provide unique solutions to the business needs in today’s workplace.

Walker Fleming
Chief Executive Officer
Walker has 25 years of experience in Fortune 500 aerospace, telecommunications and energy companies. Walker has held senior management responsibilities at Dynegy, Inc, Logix Communications, Intelligent Systems, US West Communications, Tele-TV and Martin Marietta. Walker is experienced in General Management Strategic Development, Sales and Marketing Network Operations, Auditing, Finance, Project Management and New Product Development. Walker brings experience to AxxessConnect from various industries including voice and data networks, cable TV, energy management, software development/applications and government contracting.

Reginald Fields
Vice President of Operations
Reginald comes to AxxessConnect with over 14 years in the Telecommunications and Information Technology industry. He has many years experience at US West and Logix Communications as well as over 14 years as an Officer with the Arkansas Army National Guard. Reginald has experience in program management, customer service, trunk provisioning, implementing and maintaining integrated voice, data, long distance, ISP and high-speed data network service. Before coming to AxxessConnect, Reginald was the Network Operations Director of Program Management and Network Implementation for Dynegy, Inc. Prior to Dynegy, he was the Network Operations Director of City Operations for Logix Communications.

Connell Black
Vice President of Business Development
Connell has over 13 years of Information Technology/Telecommunication experience, working for inter-exchange carriers as well as CLECs. During his career, he has moved through the ranks of the IT, Network Operations, Network Planning, and Product Development groups. Previous to AxxessConnect, he was the Director of Product Development for Dynegy Global Communications and Extant in Colorado. Prior to Extant, Connell served as the Director of Packet Switched Technology at US XChange in Michigan. While at US XChange, he was instrumental in the design, deployment, and operations of their Information Technology, ISP, and Packet Switched Technology groups.

Isaac Gathings
Vice President of Finance
Isaac has worked for over 25 years in wholesale and retail sales, market development, cost control, network inventory valuations, and contract compliance. Isaac has held management and senior management positions at Dynegy, Inc, Logix Communications, Diversified Consultants Services, American Communications Networks, Circuit City and Martin Marietta. Professional attributes include Cost Savings Initiatives, Telecom wholesale pricing systems, contract negotiations, process re-engineering, internal audits, new account development, client needs assessment, customer service/satisfaction.

Pambos Charalambous
Managing Director AXCI International

Mr. Charalambous comes to AxxessConnect from Dynegy Global Communications and Sprint. His experience is in network engineering, planning and architecture, and operations.  He formerly was  the Director of Network Planning, Design and Engineering with Dynegy, and Network Engineer with Sprint.  Mr. Charalambous was instrumental in designing Dynegy’s Network Architecture and implementing Dynegy’s 16K mile, next-generation, fiber-optic optically meshed network which had a capacity of 176 OC192’s . This resulted the largest optically mesh network in the world. He also has extensive experience in DWDM, ATM, IP, xDSL, data network protocols, telephony and telecom satellites.  Mr. Charalambous will be heading the International Office of AxxessConnect in Europe.
